Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reditus (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Reditus.

1. What Reditus is

Reditus is a wellbeing app for couples, based on ideas from Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy. It offers self-reflection tools such as mood check-ins, an attachment assessment, guided de-escalation (SOS), and a shared space for connected partners.

2. Not a substitute for professional care

Reditus does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 17 years old to use Reditus.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Couples & shared content

When you connect with a partner, certain content (such as your mood and check-ins you choose to share) becomes visible to that partner. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You are responsible for the content you create.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it to you and your connected partner in order to operate the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Reditus and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reditus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
